New Business

Explanation of Motion Progess through Time:
  1. Jan-Motion1 = Motion arising from Special Committee Report is postponed. Next month it must be placed in General Orders.
  2. Jan-Motion2 = During debate of a motion in Unfinished Business, the meeting is suddenly adjourned. The motion must be placed as the first business under next month's Unfinished Business.
  3. Jan-Motion3 = A New Business motion was never reached because the meeting adjourned before reaching it. The motion becomes next month's Unfinished Business, but not the highest in that category.
  4. Feb-Motion4 = A New Business motion is referred to a Special Committee to report next month.
